Katharine Pooley Limited was commissioned to re-design the interior of this extensive 4 bedroom private villa in Doha for a young family with 3 children. KPL created a remarkable entrance to the client’s home by installing a bespoke Swarovski chandelier that cascades through the centre of a show-stopping solid brass and glass balustrade.  The balustrade has a square art deco geometric design that has been re-interpreted in other design details throughout house, including four impressive wall lights that encase the entrance hall columns.  Bespoke doors with bronze detailing were designed bespoke by KPL and manufactured by some of the most established and respected joinery companies with in the UK.

Closely interpreting the client brief, KPL created individual bedrooms and playroom areas tailored to their personalities and interests where the children can play and relax. Opulent textures such as beautiful solid rose woods and silver stained velum with nickel accents in the master bedroom and dressing room offer the client an area to retreat from their demanding international schedules.

The exquisite attention to the detail can be seen in from the beautiful embroidery on the curtains and sofas panels to the bespoke billiards table cladded in shagreen to match the joinery cladded doors.  All silk carpets were designed to complement each scheme and are a perfect backdrop for the bespoke furniture that Katharine Pooley commissioned to be manufactured by her elite makers worldwide.
