Peggy Porschen Chelsea

Cake designer Peggy Porschen invited Kinnersley Kent Design to create a new flagship parlour on the King’s Road, Chelsea, as the next step in the brand’s expansion plan. With the demand for everyday indulgences growing, the brand saw the opportunity to create an all-day destination. The brief from the beginning was to create a space which embodied the spirit of the brand through every touchpoint while capturing the magic and charm of the original Belgravia parlour. The space also had to be inherently ‘Instagrammable’ to serve Peggy’s loyal social following. The design involves a rich palette along with the design of many bespoke pieces; new features include a dining area, events space and a pink champagne bar.
