William’s is a multi-award-winning fish mongers, delicatessen and seafood restaurant in the heart of Gloucestershire. The food hall was once declared a ‘hero’ by celebrity chef Rick Stein and by critic Matthew Forte to be one of his favourite places to shop, has re-opened after its extensive refurbishment.

The topic of the stores interior is nautical and tells the brands story whilst creating an immersive shopping experience. The clever design of bespoke display shelving constructed from reclaimed timber and stepped shelving for visibility of items allows Williams to create head-turning displays.

The resulting interior is an engaging retail environment where old meets new; made up of made to measure bread display shelving, retail display and bespoke shop counters; which can also be utilised for their catering services. The intention of the design is to get customers browsing for more products and encourage them to head toward the checkout.
